But our passion for the world of vintage perfumes dates back much further: since 2008, we have been active collectors, scholars, and custodians of unique fragrances that tell stories of style, art, and memory.

In an increasingly vast and fragmented market, our goal is simple yet ambitious: to offer original vintage fragrances, guaranteed to be authentic, accompanied by a transparent and secure purchasing experience. ScentX is proud to have developed VIPER (Vintage Perfume Recognizer) , our unique proprietary system for verifying and dating the batch codes of vintage perfumes.

Thanks to VIPER, we are able to:

  • Accurately authenticate each production batch.
  • Accurately date the production of perfumes, even for the oldest vintages.
  • Offering complete transparency to our customers, avoiding scams or fakes.

VIPER is currently an exclusive ScentX tool, but we are working to make it available to all enthusiasts in the near future, so that anyone can independently verify the authenticity of their vintage perfume.
