Shipping
Italy
Free shipping nationwide. Delivery via express courier within 3-6 business days of payment confirmation.
Europe
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. The correct amount will be calculated and displayed automatically during checkout.
Delivery is handled by UPS and generally takes 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination.
We currently do not ship outside of Europe.
Important delivery information
In the event of non-delivery for reasons other than the recipient's absence, the courier will initiate a storage procedure with additional costs, which may be charged to the recipient.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery by the courier or damage incurred during transportation. Any anomalies (dents, breakages, damaged packaging) must be reported directly to the courier upon delivery, indicating the problem on the shipping document.
