In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU , you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide a reason.
π© How to request a return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email within 14 days of delivery to:

π Return shipping costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer , in accordance with art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The customer is responsible for the integrity of the product during return shipping. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping.
β οΈ Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 , the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns of perfumes and cosmetics that have been opened, tested, or used, even partially .
This rule complies with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 which regulates cosmetic products and their safety of use.
β Conditions for accepting a return

- π Must be returned in original packaging with any accessories or freebies
- π Return shipment must be made within 14 days of receipt
