2. Acceptance of the Conditions

By accessing and using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. ScentX reserves the right to modify the terms of sale at any time by posting the changes directly on the site.

3. Products

The products offered are predominantly vintage, collectible, or discontinued. Any slight signs of aging, variations in packaging, labels, seals, or formulas compared to recent editions are normal for vintage products and do not constitute defects. The photos published represent the product for sale: slight differences due to batches, reformulations, or packaging variations are not grounds for complaint.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
The accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Bank transfer
All payments are handled through secure and protected circuits.

5. Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
We ship via reliable couriers and always provide a tracking code.
Shipping is free in Italy unless otherwise indicated on the product page.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary for reasons not attributable to ScentX (e.g. strikes, weather conditions, holidays, courier delays).

ScentX's liability for loss or damage to goods during transport ends upon delivery of the package to the carrier, pursuant to art. 1510, paragraph 2, of the Italian Civil Code, unless the consumer has requested and paid for insured shipping or unless otherwise agreed in writing.
“If the thing sold is to be transported from one place to another, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer at the moment the thing is delivered to the carrier or forwarder, unless otherwise agreed.”
(art. 1510, paragraph 2, Civil Code)

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.
Returns are accepted only if the product is returned intact, unopened, unused, in its original packaging and with any seals intact.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The refund will be made within 7 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns of opened, used, or products without the original packaging/seals are not accepted (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005).
Abuse of the right of withdrawal (e.g. serial returns or fraudulent behavior) may lead to the limitation or refusal of future orders, as also recognized by case law ( Cass. Civ., Sez. III, 22 May 2018, n. 12527 ).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, logos, images, photographs, and graphics, is the exclusive property of ScentX di Roberto Agostino or the respective trademark owners. Reproduction, even partial, without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

ScentX is committed to ensuring the accuracy of the information published and the best possible experience.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays, service interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or courier services, pursuant to art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code.
Under no circumstances will ScentX be liable for damages exceeding the value of the order placed.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute relating to the relationship between ScentX and consumers, the exclusive territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of residence or domicile of the consumer, pursuant to art. 66-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
