Galliano voleva che il flacone evocasse una delle sue creazioni d'alta moda, come se la donna che lo indossava avesse appena lasciato la stanza lasciandone soltanto l'essenza. Persino il sistema di erogazione è insolito: la grande “G” gotica sulla sommità non è un semplice ornamento, ma integra il comando dello spray.
Presentato nel 2008, John Galliano Eau de Parfum fu la prima fragranza commercializzata con il nome dello stilista. A costruirne l'identità olfattiva furono Christine Nagel e Aurélien Guichard.
L'obiettivo non era creare il solito floreale femminile. La composizione alterna trasparenza, cipria e oscurità: aldeidi e bergamotto illuminano l'apertura, iris e violetta danno corpo al cuore, mentre incenso, ambra e patchouli conducono il profumo verso una chiusura decisamente più fumosa e misteriosa.

L'apertura è luminosa e leggermente astratta. Le aldeidi si uniscono al bergamotto e al carattere verde-aromatico dell'angelica, preparando un cuore molto più morbido.
Iris e violetta costituiscono l'impronta più riconoscibile della composizione: cipriata, vellutata e quasi cosmetica. L'incenso cambia poi completamente il tono della fragranza, introducendo una scia fumosa sostenuta da ambra, patchouli, muschio e cedro.
La realizzazione tecnica del flacone richiese una soluzione particolarmente complessa per il gruppo pompa e chiusura. Non era quindi soltanto una confezione scenografica: la meccanica stessa del flacone fu sviluppata per assecondare l'estetica teatrale voluta per il progetto.

Non è interessante soltanto perché difficile da trovare. John Galliano Eau de Parfum è una delle fragranze designer degli anni 2000 in cui contenuto e contenitore parlano davvero la stessa lingua: floreale ma oscuro, cipriato ma fumoso, elegante ma volutamente teatrale.

Shipping is free throughout Italy. Delivery is via SDA/Poste Italiane express courier within 3-6 business days of payment confirmation.
Europe
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. The correct amount will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
Deliveries are handled by UPS and generally take 5-12 business days , depending on the destination.
We currently do not ship outside of Europe.
