D'ORSAY – TROPHEE (1935)
Trophée is classified as a Chypre and was conceived with both men and women in mind, as women were beginning to assert themselves and enter the male world in the 1920s and 1930s.
However, several surviving advertisements from the 1930s were aimed exclusively at men. Its packaging featured the silhouette of a gentleman in a top hat, as also used for D'Orsay's Le Dandy.
To my nose, this is a beautiful, dry leather chypre with deep floral notes, supported by the savory notes of ambergris and the aromatic beauty of musk and patchouli. It's beautifully blended, a soft fragrance. A very smooth leather with a delicate floral note. Understated and timeless.
Very masculine, although by today's standards I would also consider it unisex.

Shipping is free throughout Italy. Delivery is via SDA/Poste Italiane express courier within 3-6 business days of payment confirmation.
Europe
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. The correct amount will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
Deliveries are handled by UPS and generally take 5-12 business days , depending on the destination.
We currently do not ship outside of Europe.
